Refund Policy

Every song and video costs us real compute and AI generation, so refunds follow a few clear rules.

Failed renders

If a song or render fails, or an AI provider refuses your prompts and nothing is produced, the credit is returned to your account automatically. No need to ask. If only one of two song takes comes back, the song counts as delivered.

Unused credits

If you bought a credit pack or your first subscription payment in the last 14 days and have not used any of those credits, email us and we will refund it in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the Credits page. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period is not refunded, and you keep your credits until the period ends.

Didn't like the result

AI output varies, and taste is personal. Use your free credits, listen to both takes, and review the shot list before you spend more. We do not refund completed songs or videos because you did not like them, but if something went clearly wrong (wrong song attached, corrupted file, silent audio), write to us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Email hello@vidsou.com from your account email with the video or payment in question. We reply within two business days.
