Cancelling stops all future renewals. You don't need to give a reason, answer a survey or talk to anyone. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Type the email address of your Vidsou account. We email a 6-digit code to that address; type it here and your subscription stops renewing. It counts from the moment you asked for the code — no password, no sign-in. The code makes sure only the account holder can cancel.

This opens a ready-made email to hello@vidsou.com. Send it from the email address on your Vidsou account; you don't need to add anything else.

Lost access to your account's email address? Email hello@vidsou.com from any address and tell us; we will verify your request another reasonable way, and the cancellation still counts from when we receive it.
Cancel without a Vidsou password
Our payment provider, Stripe, emails you a one-time link to your billing portal, where you can cancel. Use the email address you paid with.

Open the Credits page and press “Cancel subscription”.
Open the Credits pageAn email cancellation counts from the moment we receive it, and we confirm it within one business day. If a renewal is ever charged after we received it, we refund it in full, including tax.
Cancelling does not delete your account. Credits you bought in packs never expire, and your songs and videos follow the storage rules in our Terms.
